I grew up poor at an early age living in a trailer home and through hard work my father continued to make more and more money until by 2007 we were living in a million dollar home in southern California driving corvettes and owning a thriving business…well 2008 wasn’t as kind as the previous years. My family lost everything, our house, the fancy cars, their business. One day I woke up to a knock on the door only to be greeted by two IRS agents flashing their badge telling me my parents owed over 100K to the government in back taxes. My parents were also in over a million in debt from their business that tanked during the crash. 

I decided that I would not let the same thing happen to me so I bought every book I could on making money, listened to every interview and went to every seminar as a young 19 year old.

Finally after working several dead end jobs, and living on as little as I could to save up, I took my first tax return and put it into the stock market. I soon realized how much time it was going to take to make the millions I wanted to make in the stock market starting from almost nothing…I was missing the one secret ingredient that real estate investing could provide… LEVERAGE!! 

I made the decision and decided I had to get into real estate investing.

I share that to let people know that literally anyone can start real estate investing.
This is how I was able to get out of the rat-race, and if you work hard and spend the time to learn what it takes, you can also live the lifestyle you want and get out of the shitty 9-5 that holds you back from the happiness you deserve!!
